Role Overview
As a WordPress Web Assistant at ISK Studio, you will work closely with the founder on website projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll handle daily WordPress administration, implement custom solutions, and support with front-end and back-end adjustments. This role requires a mix of technical skills, problem-solving, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and customize websites using WordPress Gutenberg builders.
• Write and implement PHP snippets for custom functionality.
• Apply and adjust CSS for responsive, pixel-perfect designs.
• Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including plugins, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with daily administrative and technical tasks within WordPress.
• Collaborate on improving workflows, website performance, and usability.
• Provide quality assurance, testing, and debugging of websites before launch.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom post types.
• Experience with page builders .
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP (basic to intermediate level).
• Familiarity with WooCommerce is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and WordPress hooks/filters.
• Experience with website performance optimization.
• Interest in design and user experience.
