We’re expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented WordPress Web Assistant to support daily projects and help bring our clients’ websites to life.
Role Overview
As a WordPress Web Assistant at ISK Studio, you will work closely with the founder on website projects, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll handle daily WordPress administration, implement custom solutions, and support with front-end and back-end adjustments. This role requires a mix of technical skills, problem-solving, and initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and customize websites using WordPress builders such as Kadence and Greenshift.
- Write and implement PHP snippets for custom functionality.
- Apply and adjust CSS for responsive, pixel-perfect designs.
- Manage and maintain WordPress websites, including plugins, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Assist with daily administrative and technical tasks within WordPress.
- Collaborate on improving workflows, website performance, and usability.
- Provide quality assurance, testing, and debugging of websites before launch.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom post types.
- Experience with page builders (Kadence, Greenshift, or similar).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP (basic to intermediate level).
- Familiarity with WooCommerce is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and WordPress hooks/filters.
- Experience with website performance optimization.

As a Graphic Designer at ISK Studio, you will play a key role in shaping the look and feel of client brands and websites. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from brand identity creation to digital graphics and marketing assets, ensuring each design reflects our premium, modern style.
Key Responsibilities
- Create brand identities, including logos, typography, and color palettes.
- Design marketing materials (social media posts, presentations, banners, ads).
- Collaborate with the web team to deliver on-brand visuals for websites and e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare print-ready materials (business cards, packaging, brochures, etc.).
- Maintain visual consistency across all platforms and media.
- Contribute creative ideas and design solutions that elevate client projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Strong skills in Figma or similar tools.
- Understanding of branding, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and visually appealing designs.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
